These Terms are an agreement between you and Kirana Ai (“Kirana Ai”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or continuing to use Kirana AI, you accept these Terms. If you use the service for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.
The service
Kirana AI provides software for store management, sales and inventory analysis, purchase estimates, customer communication, online ordering, and AI-assisted business insights. Subject to these Terms and your selected plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your business.
Your account and data
You must provide accurate information, keep it current, protect your credentials, and remain responsible for activity under your account. You retain ownership of store records, prompts, and other content you submit. You grant Kirana Ai a limited licence to host and process that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
AI features
AI outputs and purchase predictions may be incomplete or inaccurate and are estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on them. They are not a substitute for professional financial, legal, tax, medical, or other regulated advice. You must have the necessary rights to information you submit and are responsible for your prompts and use of outputs.
You must not use AI features to create or distribute illegal content, fraud, spam, malware, hateful or abusive content, deceptive deepfakes, or content that infringes another person’s rights. You must not attempt to bypass safeguards or manipulate, probe, or jailbreak the service. We may filter or refuse outputs, remove content, investigate complaints, and suspend repeat or serious violators. Rights holders may report alleged infringement through the support channel shown with their purchase or account.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service unlawfully; commit fraud or send spam; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; upload malware; disrupt security; probe vulnerabilities; scrape the service; reverse engineer it; resell it without permission; or bypass usage and access controls.
Ownership
Kirana Ai and its licensors retain all rights in the service, including its software, documentation, visual identity, trademarks, and related intellectual property. Except for the limited licence above, no rights are transferred to you.
Payments and subscriptions
Subscriptions renew at the billing interval shown during checkout until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.
Availability and warranties
We work to keep Kirana AI reliable and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or loss-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel your subscription through billing settings. When access ends, legal obligations and provisions intended to survive termination remain effective.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kirana Ai is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss, including lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational, or service changes. We will post the revised date and provide notice of material changes where reasonably required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, without limiting mandatory consumer protections available to you.
